  • Support Phonics at Home: Understanding Little Wandle17:00 - 18:00Join us to learn more about our Little Wandle phonics programme and how it supports pupils in developing early reading and communication skills. This session will explain how phonics is taught at Marjorie McClure School, the approaches and resources we use, and how learning is adapted to meet the needs of pupils who use alternative or augmentative forms of communication. We will also share practical strategies and ideas to help you support your child's phonics learning at home, ensuring consistency between school and home. There will be opportunities to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of how we help every child become a confident communicator and reader. To Book: Please contact the school office via admin@mmc.nestschools.org to book a place at one of our events. If it is an online event, you will then be sent a Teams invitation.
