In our FE provision, we focus on creating a supportive, personalised pathway for every learner. We build programmes around each student’s strengths, interests and needs, helping them develop the life skills, confidence and independence that matter most to them. Through a mix of practical subjects, community experiences and work‑related opportunities, students are encouraged to achieve in ways that feel meaningful and achievable.​

We work closely with families and professionals to provide gentle transition support, ensuring each young person feels secure as they move towards their next steps. Our aim is to help every learner grow at their own pace, feel included in their community, and begin their journey into adulthood with confidence and pride. 

FE life is exciting – it is the opportunity to spread your wings, try new things and be more independent.

This could include:

• Weekly trips to Bromley college

• Weekly trips into the community to expose pupils to what opportunities are available in their leisure time  

• Weekly trips to Bore Place to engage in the John Muir accreditation

• Visits to different colleges and provision

• Residentials to Woodlodge, Bore Place and Woodlarks.

• Enterprise opportunities

• Sporting activities inside and outside of school

• Careers lessons
