Your role:

Create - Develop engaging resources to help children access and understand the curriculum.

Collaborate - Work closely with teaching and senior staff to support learning and manage the classroom

Empower - promote students independence and self-esteem and social inclusion

Support - Assist pupils individually or in groups to access the curriculum, participate in learning, and achieve success.

Care - Provide personal care and medical support to students.

What We’re Looking for:

• Experience in settings that support children with special needs is a plus.
• Previous experience working with children.
