The FE curriculum focuses on developing life skills. It is personalized to meet the needs of the individual students and as such there may be opportunities to follow courses at Coopers Academy, Glebe School and Bromley College. The aim of the curriculum is to build confidence and develop independence, including travel training where appropriate. Students currently have the offer to develop life skills at the Wood Lodge Living Skills Centre. They are encouraged to stay overnight, however there is no requirement to do so if they would prefer not to.
All students study towards recognised qualifications in Numeracy and Literacy. We also offer a variety of courses in a range of subjects including Science, ICT, Music, Art and PE/Sports Leadership.
Information on courses offered in FE at Marjorie McClure for 2017-18 can now be found on the national careers website, the link to which is https://nationalcareersservice.direct.gov.uk/
